Essential Registration Documents:

TRUST REGISTRATION

  • The identity proof of a minimum of 2 members of the corporate. The proof will be:

– Voter ID

– Driver’s license

– Passport

– Aadhaar Card

  • A bill of electricity or water stating the address that must be registered.

Note: It takes concerning 8-10 days for online registration to be completed. The settler has to represent them at the registrar’s office on the date for fixed registration.

SOCIETY REGISTRATION

  • The name of the society.
  • Address proof of the workplace.
  • Identity proof of all the 9 members which might have:

– Driver’s license

– Copy of Passport

– Voter ID

– Aadhaar card

  • Two copies of the memorandum of Articles of the Association

Note: The drafting of MOA is done in 8-10 days after online registration and by-laws the Society. Therefore, the entire registration of the company is done in about 60 days.

SECTION-8 COMPANY

  • The name of the corporation for approval.
  • Address proof of the office. It can be electricity or water bill or house tax receipt.
  • Identity proof of all the administrators which might be:

– Driver’s license

– Copy of Passport

– Voter ID

– Aadhaar card

  • The memoranda of Association and Articles of Association of the corporate.

Note: It takes concerning 8-10 for drafting the MOA and AOA of the Society. Therefore, the entire registration process of the company takes about 2 months.
